Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (various colors), sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or pot, toss chicken strips with fajita seasoning.
