Ingredients
- 8 oz (about 225 g) tortilla chips
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, diced
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
